Ecosys Condensate & Flash Recovery
A condensate recovery system recovers and reuses hot condensate and flash steam that forms when steam is used in industrial processes, like in heating or power plants. This system captures the condensate, which still contains a significant amount of sensible heat, and returns it to the boiler or another heat recovery application. This process reduces energy waste and saves money by reusing the heat contained in the condensate
Our CRS System Pump Condensate @ 100Deg’C without any Electrical Motor
Available In Different Sizes Based On Condensate and Flash Steam Load

ECO-CRS SYSTEM

Duplex ECO-CRS

Simplex ECO-CRS
Flash Seperator Vessel (ECO-FV)
Recovering the maximum possible flash steam back to the feed water tank reduces the fuel consumption of steam boiler. Flash steam has substantial amount of heat which is ignored & vented to atmosphere in most of the process plants.
The percentage of flash steam generated from Condensate Recovery Pump is lower but the heat content of flash steam is high.

Atmospheric Deaerator Head (ECO-DH)
Oxygen or other inconsiderable gases in the steam system can restrict the heat transfer to the process as well as causes corrosion in the steam & condensate system.
So it is very important to remove the oxygen & other gases from the steam system or to ensure that these do not get into the steam system. This can be done by thermal Deaerator Head.
The removal of the gases is achieved by maintaining the highest possible temperature in the feed water tank from where these gases can enter into steam system. We offer specially designed deaerator heads to suit customer’s requirement.
